How to apply:

1. Access the application here: https://webportalapp.com/sp/login/ryep_24

2. If you already have an account, log in with your email and password. If you have an account but forgot your password, click ‘Forgot your password?’ to reset it.

3. If it’s your first time submitting an application, click ‘Sign Up’ and follow the instructions.

4. Once you’ve logged in, you will be prompted to create a profile and start your application. Note that if you answer a question in a way that indicates you are not eligible, a message will appear telling you that you are ineligible and the rest of the application will collapse. See eligibility requirements below.

5. When filling out the application, you must answer all required questions (required questions are denoted with an asterisk (*)). The application must be filled out in English.

6. Once you have answered all required questions and uploaded required documents, click ‘Submit.’
